How we do this:

• We require each babysitter to read and accept a pledge to respond to all inquiries from parents in a timely manner and to keep all appointments. Read the Babysitter's Pledge.
• Our system automatically sends out a notification to each babysitter on a regular basis. This notification requires the babysitter to verify the information in their profile. The profile is suspended if the babysitter does not verify the information in a timely manner.
• Parents have the ability to report the babysitter if they have an issue with a babysitter not responding to an inquiry or keeping an appointment.
• A report card reflecting any reports from parents is displayed in the search results for each babysitter. This information is made available to parents before they provide payment.
• Our system automatically suspends a babysitter's profile after three reports.
